All components on the piano are covered under this warranty:

Strings and Tuning Pins: These are responsible for the pitch and consistency of sound.
Cabinet: Covers the exterior wood, finish, and structural integrity.

Exclusions:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by environmental factors like humidity or temperature fluctuations.
- Misuse, lack of proper maintenance, or improper handling/transportation.

If it is a local delivery we can typically schedule delivery within 2 weeks. If you are out of state and this is long distance piano move we will work with the appropriate piano moving company to ensure a timely delivery. The piano will be carefully packaged and prepared for transport to ensure its safe arrival. Delivery costs are calculated based on the piano's size, weight, and delivery destination.
